Where am I located? Do I travel?
Fredericton, New Brunswick. But I will absolutely travel to you!
Do I have locations recommendations?
Absolutely! I have both indoor and outdoor locations! I have something unique for everyone's story!
What is my turnaround time?
Typically 2 weeks, however during busy session this may change. I always let my clients know if their is any changes to the timeline! (excluding weddings)
Do I require a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your spot. This must be paid via e-transfer or PayPal, within 7 days of booking (excluding wedding packages & mini sessions).
What do you do if it's raining the day-of?
Depending on the amount of rain, we may have the reschedule. However that decision isn't made until the day-of the shoot (unless of force major) Often times weather clears up in late afternoon/ early evening.
If you are absolutely in-love with golden as much as I am, you can also let me know and we can try to reschedule!
What do I do if my child is sick day-of?
Your child’s health and comfort are my top priorities! If your little one isn’t feeling well, I’m happy to reschedule your session at no extra cost. A happy, healthy child makes for the best photos, so just reach out as soon as possible, and we’ll find a new date that works for you. I want your session to be a fun and stress-free experience for everyone!
What should you wear to the session?
The best choice is something that makes you feel comfortable and like yourself! Opt for neutrals or softer colors that aren’t too vibrant—these tones work great with my editing style and keep the focus on you rather than the outfit! Avoid logos or characters on children's clothing. If you aren't sure what to wear; you can always contact me after booking and we can talk about what would match our vision!
What if I don't want you to post my images?
Your privacy is important to me!! If you’d prefer that you or your child not be shared online, just let me know before signing the contract and I’ll make a note of it! I’m also happy to capture faceless or more discreet images with your child that you can still share on your own social media if you wish.
What if I don't know how to pose or I'm shy?
No worries at all! Most of my clients feel this way! You don’t need to know how to pose. I’ll gently guide you throughout the session with prompts and direction that feel natural, so nothing ever feels stiff or awkward. I’ll always make sure we get a few posed photos, but candid, in-between moments are what I focus on most.
Do you do in-home sessions?
Yes! I do offer in-home sessions! Availability depends on the location (within the Fredericton/Oromocto area), the type of photoshoot, and the number of people involved. Feel free to reach out with the details and we can see if it’s the right fit.
